Bath Time

As we all know, there's a lot going on in the world over the past week, and our lives are being affected daily amid the Corona Virus. We've put together a few things that you can do while you're staying in this weekend.

Unplug
Over the past week we've all been bombarded with so much information. It's ok to unplug for a bit and regulate how much media you consume. Sometimes we can over consume information.

Tub Time
This year we're dedicated to being more intentional and slowing down. Use this time to slow down and get some tub time in. Grab your favorite bath oils and salts and all your other tub things and run yourself the most luxurious bath.

Light a Candle
This is the perfect time to pull out that amazing candle that you've been "saving".  Take a look at this article here to get the most out of all of your candles.

Have Some Sex
A little lovin' ain't never hurt nobody. And sex by yourself counts too!

Read That Book
If you're anything like us, we buy a LOT of books. Like no really, we buy a shit ton of books but don't always get around to reading them. This weekend I'm reading Silver Sparrow by Tayari Jones. I read her book An American Marriage and couldn't put it down.

Have you read it? If so, I'd love to hear what you thought about it.

Love Yourself
Love yourself through it. Give yourself permission to feel all of the feels.

Catch Up On Phone Calls
We're so used to only texting and connecting via Facebook and other social platforms. This weekend let's pick up the phone and make that call you've been meaning to make. Think about it... Who have you meaning to call for the past month?

Couchella
There's no time like today to get in on the greatest festival of year, #Couchella.

Whatever you do decide to do this weekend, let's try to relax. We'd love to know what your plans are for the weekend. Leave us a comment below.
