PRODUCTION ASSITANT

Gavin Luxe, is a small home fragrance company that offers a line of sensuous fragrance for the home & body. We are located in sunny San Diego, CA and we’re looking to hire an enthusiastic, efficient, and detail-oriented production assistant to complete tasks related to the candle-making process.

We are looking for a part-time assistant 10-12 hours per week to assist with production, shipping and general office work. 

 Position: Part Time Production Assistant 

 Salary: Starting at $15 hr

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 5 - 6 hours per week
• Packing and shipping orders (you must be able to lift 30 - 50 lbs.)
• Assisting in making and packaging candles
• Assisting at craft shows (occasionally)
• Hand pouring candles
• Wicking jars in preparation for pouring process
• Labeling and cleaning of candles with aesthetic care
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 4 - 5 hours a day
• Lifting of 50+ lbs
• Occasional admin duties
