Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final (but trust us, you'll love it). We don't accept returns or exchanges.Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.In the event of damage during shipping, please contact at hello@gavinluxe.com within five (5) days of receiving your purchase.

All orders are shipped from our studio in San Diego, CA. Orders are shipped within 7 - 10 Business Days/
Due to Covid-19 shipping transit may take between 4 -10 business days after processing to arrive depending on location.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our studio in San Diego, CA.Due to Covid-19 shipping transit may take between 4 -10 business days after processing to arrive depending on location.
We currently charge a flat rate of $9.95. FREE shipping for orders $150 and over.
We ship all orders using USPS First Class shipping, USPS Priority and UPS.
All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will require a new shipping label. Once the package returns to our studio, we will contact you to inquire about reshipping your order.
If you want your order reshipped, we will send an invoice for the cost of shipping.
If we are unable to receive a response from you in 3 business days, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less the original amount you paid for shipping.
For items that are final sale, you will receive store credit.If you submit a request for our team to update a shipping address after you've placed an order, we cannot guarantee your shipping address will be updated before your order ships
If your package has already left our facility, please see if USPS (for US-Customers) can intercept your package before returning the package back to our facility.

Simply enter your gift recipients address in the ship to field during check out. You can also enter a gift message to be added in the notes field during check out.
