We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed.

We can’t guarantee edits once processing has begun.
We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through PayPal. AfterPay, Klarna and Sezzle
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each product is handcrafted and inspected before leaving our San Diego studio to ensure the highest quality.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@gavinluxe.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace or resend the item if inventory allows.
We’re unable to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage.
We appreciate your understanding and your continued support of small-batch craftsmanship.
PROCESSING TIMES
All of our orders are lovingly handcrafted and shipped from our studio in sunny San Diego, CA.
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
During high-volume periods like big sales or special drops (because y’all show out—thank you for that!), processing times may take a little longer. Trust us, it’s worth the wait—perfection takes time, and we’re all about giving you the best.Once shipped, orders are in the hands of our carrier partners.
Shipping transit may take 4-10 business days depending on your location.
We appreciate your patience and understanding—good things (and great vibes) are on the way!
SHIPPING
We handcraft and pack each order in our San Diego studio.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, before your order ships.
Once shipped, transit time is typically 4–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
We ship via UPS and USPS, and you'll receive tracking once your order is on the way..
We currently charge a flat rate of $9. FREE shipping for orders $75 and over.
We ship all orders using USPS Ground , USPS Priority and UPS.
During the holiday season, order processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.
We recommend ordering early to ensure your package arrives on time.
Holiday cut-off dates will be posted on our site and via email.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as Gavin Luxe cannot guarantee updates to your address after your order has been placed. If your package has already left our facility, we recommend using USPS Package Intercept (for U.S. customers) to redirect your shipment. Learn more here: USPS Package Intercept.
If your order is shipped to an incorrect address and is returned to our studio, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. A new shipping label will be required, and we will send you an invoice for the cost of reshipping.
• If we don’t hear back from you within 3 business days, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.
• For final sale or discontinued items, store credit will be issued instead of a refund. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
Please note that Gavin Luxe is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses or any fees associated with their return or reshipment.
