Y’all lemme tell ya, lemme tell ya this serum is EVERYTHING and then some!! It was formerly known as “The Truth Serum” and that it indeed is for your skin! Not too long after the pandemic hit my skin went slap crazy from wearing the mask and broke out all over in cystic acne. I tried all types of products and nothing was working and it only got worse. I then went to an esthetician who informed me the real problem was that my skin was dehydrated and in an attempt to obtain some hydration, my skin was producing more oil which with wearing the masks trapped that oil in, causing severely clogged pores and a face that I had come to dread looking at. The solution was getting a quality moisturizer that penetrated the skin deeply to optimal hydration, which would decrease the excess oil production, and restore my skin’s texture, clearness, and glow that I’ve always had. I never struggled with acne my whole life until then and was determined to get my face back to the way I was use to seeing it. I remembered my good sis I follow on IG Lakeitha Duncan, posting on her story about Gavin Luxe’s “Truth Serum” and how it was the truth and encouraging us to buy and try it. I always saw her skin radiant, clear, and poppin’, so I figured it has to be really good and could my skin’s solution. So I went to the website which was so aesthetically pleasing and as a Libra that reeled me in even more lol, I made my purchase and was expecting good things to come from it. I mean after what I spent(just keeping it real lol) and how high quality it looked I was expecting it to live up to the high value it presented, and oh honey did it and then some! It took a month and my face was about 95% back to my normal flawless “I woke up like this” state!! Just 1 month y’all, and I had severe cystic acne and hyperpigmentation scars from when I got aggravated with my face and was popping them and went crazy with using harsh methods to clear it(A Big No No!!!) So only 1 month to make a 95% improvement all with using a proper high quality moisturizer speaks volumes that this serum indeed was THE FREAKING TRUTH!!! Besides sunscreen on top of the serum, that is all I use to moisturize my face, period! Now my face is 100% CLEAR, all hyperpigmentation marks are GONE and I’m outchea radiating like the sun itself! Like my confidence really decreased significantly when my skin was going through, but after using this serum and it not only aided in thoroughly hydrating my skin but clearing the scars and smoothing the texture, I regained my sexy back and my confidence was restored. This product I will forever stand by!! It not only provides quality results to melanated skin but luxury, which are 2 things the skincare market is lacking in for people of color. If you’re trying to decide whether to buy or not, this is your sign to spend the money and do it!!! You won’t be disappointed! It’s lightweight, not greasy which I was surprised because of it being an oil. It has a excellent absorption into the skin, that makes the skin feel supple, lush, and hydrated. The packaging is classy and luxurious looking, while being very practical as the glass hottie the serum comes in has a dropper for the top so you can easily put the right amount of drops into your hand to avoid excess use or waste of product. I mean just buy it for yourself and you’ll be back on here too leaving a chapter worth of review raving about it like me lol!!!

I love this serum. I highly recommend it. I bought on the recommendation of a Influencer and instantly fell in love. I apply morning and night. It smells so good and gives my skin a nice glow. It's not greasy and just feel good when applying. Its a must have in my skin care routine. Taking care of my skin is a top priority so I make sure to always have the serum in rotation. I've been tempted to try other serums (cuz I'm a skin care junkie) but why even bother when you are already using the best!

Hands down the best serum that I’ve ever used! Not only is the smell amazing, but this stuff is actually effective making my skin so soft and glowy!! I’m in love and I will most definitely be buying this again along with their amazing candles of course;)

This serum speaks by its name and is the best for my skin. I am using the truth serum daily with my Gua Sha facial tool, and my face is hydrated and looks amazing without any makeup. I like a little goes a long way and appreciate the influx of compliments on my skin. I am 55 and my face glows daily.
